An amazing day spent at the Longsheng Rice terraces- most famous during the time that they are flooded in May. We were a bit early for the water, but still the terraces are a sight to see. I was super lucky to meet an awesome group of German girls at the hostel and we spent the day together soaking in the sunshine and beautiful scenery.

| Traditionally, the women in these minority villages never cut their hair. They have it wrapped around their heads and then held tight in a bun in the front. You can't really see it in this picture I snuck, but you can google it! It's kind of crazy. |
